1. General Patriot Level is owned and operated by Dache Empire LLC, a Florida-based company. These Terms of Service apply to all users and customers of patriotlevel.com.

2. Products All products sold at Patriot Level are custom-made print-on-demand items. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. This is not considered a defect.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

4. Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

By completing a purchase you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Order Processing Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

We only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. All sales are final except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
