Thank you for shopping with  Patriot Level  Below you will find information about our shipping process and delivery times.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times within the United States are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location.


Free Shipping

We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders that meet certain conditions. These offers will be clearly stated on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Patriot Level  is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at  info@patriotlevelcom.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance in these cases.


International Shipping

At this time, Patriot Level primarily ships within the United States.

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on location 

Order Changes and Address Modifications

Customers have up to 1 hour after placing an order to request any changes, including order cancellations, product modifications, or shipping address corrections.

After this 1-hour window, orders may already be processed or sent to production and we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
