At Patriot Level, all our products are custom-made to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Delays caused by the carrier
We Will Make It Right If:
We stand behind the quality of our products. You are eligible for a full replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a print defect or manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item
How To Request A Replacement Or Refund:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@patriotlevel.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A clear photo showing the issue
Once we review your request, we will respond within 1-2 business days with a resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
